As a subscribed member to SHF you will have access to our body diagram support system, which by simply clicking on a muscle will allow you to find every exercise/routine in our database for that muscle listed in three categories. (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)

You can also subscribe to our meal plan system. The SHF meal plan will allow you to create your own or choose from 1,000s of meal plans that are already in the system. Our goal specific plans will show you exactly how to eat to reach your goals for your body-type and schedule. You can also input your favorite foods.
